Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Products are dispatched from our Coimbatore warehouse.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days for Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states, and 4–8 business days for the rest of India, depending on courier serviceability and product weight. Large or bulky items (e.g. casing pipes) may require freight delivery and longer timelines, which will be communicated at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery pincode. Charges are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp to follow your order until delivery.
