We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, except where noted otherwise on the product page. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide.
Installation and drilling service charges are non-refundable once site work has commenced, except where Kubertools is unable to deliver the agreed service. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process after delivery. Drilling service bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled survey or drilling date without charge.
